Not many of you know this...25 years ago I got on a plane (with less than 6 weeks notice) to fly to Sri Lanka to study Acupuncture + Traditional Chinese Medicine, and work in the hospitals.

Welcome to the month where we celebrate and honour Mother Earth! The snow has mostly melted and we can once again stand on Her with our bare feet.

Spring is in the air, and just around the corner, which brings a sense of renewal and lightness, and for so many reasons it still may feel heavy.

May I ask, do you love yourself? When I say that, what comes up? Is it easy to answer, or do you need to pause and think?

Welcome to a new year.  Even if this past one felt particularly challenging, one perspective we can take it that THIS is where growth occurs, whether we like it or not, whether it feels good or not, whether we recognize it or not. 

As the year nears to a close, and we see a new one on the horizon, I'm reminded of this saying as I start to plan for 2022. 'BEGIN AS YOU MEAN TO GO ON'

As much as I enjoy summer, my heart sings in the Fall! I can't get enough of the crisp air and the feeling of expanded gratitude.

It's been a little while, how are you? I've been quiet the last few months, taking time to BE while focusing on my own healing journey. Spending time connecting and listening more deeply. 

I lost the greatest love I’ve known in early December. Winter was challenging this year. We all felt it. All of our experiences were different. I'm sharing mine with you today.
