SEEING THE DIVINE MASCULINE

Has anyone else gone down the Erling Haaland rabbit hole this past month?

I don’t typically watch sports. Every now and then, I’ll tune into the final stages of something, when the tension is high and the outcome still uncertain. But I’ll admit, I haven’t watched a single World Cup match this time.

And somehow, somehow, I have found myself completely mesmerized by this Norwegian man.

I’ve been sitting with why.

Aside from his undeniable athleticism, I realized that, from what I can see, he offers a beautiful representation of the divine sacred masculine.

He appears deeply himself. He openly hugs and touches other men. He expresses emotion, affection, and joy. He holds his ground firmly without needing to rage at every disappointment. There is strength, but it does not seem hardened. Power, but not domination. Confidence without the constant need to prove itself.

Of course, I only know what is visible publicly, and that may not reflect the whole of who he is. But we are so accustomed to seeing toxic expressions of masculinity in the world, and often amplified in sport, that witnessing something different feels unexpectedly refreshing.

The sacred masculine is not the opposite of the feminine.

Nor does it belong only to men.

It is the part of us that creates structure around what matters. It protects without controlling. It holds steady enough for emotion, intuition, creativity, and becoming to move through us.

It is the grounded presence that allows the sacred feminine to open, soften, and unfold without losing herself.

And perhaps that is part of what is drawing me so strongly toward Avalon.

This weekend, I am leaving for Glastonbury, where I will be on pilgrimage with one of my Priestessing teachers and twelve other sisters. We will be visiting sacred sites, walking the lands of Avalon, and gathering in ceremony.

This pilgrimage has been calling to me for several years, and I am thrilled to finally answer.

Avalon is often spoken of as a place of mystery, feminine wisdom, priestess tradition, and deep remembrance (along with being the heart chakra of the earth). But pilgrimage also asks something of the sacred masculine within us.It asks us to choose the path.

To leave what is familiar.

To make space in our lives for what has been quietly calling.

To place our feet on the earth and take the next step, even when we do not yet know everything that will be revealed.

The feminine may whisper the longing, but the masculine helps us answer it.

And as we move into August, there is still time to make a meaningful shift before autumn arrives.

There are currently two spaces available for Breakthrough Into Becoming, my summer package of three private 75 minute sessions, to be completed before the Fall Equinox.

Where the mystical meets neuroscience.

You might begin by asking yourself:

What would change if I finally gave my attention to the thing I keep carrying?

How might my autumn and winter feel different if I stopped postponing the conversation, choice, or change that I already know is asking to happen?

What would become possible if I did not enter another season weighed down by the same pattern?

Often, what keeps us still is not a lack of desire. It is the old story underneath it.

I’m not ready yet. I should be able to figure this out myself.

I can keep managing it. I don’t need help. Maybe it will shift on its own.

These stories can sound practical and convincing, especially when we have worn them for years. But they can also keep us circling the same place long after we have become ready for something deeper.

You do not have to force your way through change.

And you do not have to go through it alone.

Breakthrough Into Becoming brings together intuitive tarot, coaching, hypnotherapy, emotional alchemy, and subconscious work to help you understand what is really holding a pattern in place, and begin creating movement at a deeper level.

There is still time to enter the fall feeling clearer, lighter, and more firmly rooted in the woman you are becoming.

May the remainder of July treat you well, may the rains come and clear the fires, and may those affected be supported and find peace. I will see you on the other side

In deepest devotion,

xo
