We are on the doorstep of October (my favourite month) which brings those gorgeous fall colours, earlier sunsets, and the theme of being thankful.

Having just transitioned through the Fall Equinox on Saturday, a moment in time where light and dark are equal, we shift into the darker, slower months and start the journey inward once again.

It’s the Harvest Full Moon tomorrow, and this time of year finds us in a place of great abundance.

Celebrating the bounty from the crops, and honouring both joy and grief in this season.

Metaphorically seen as the joy of abundant crops and the grief for them dying. The duality.

It’s time for taking stock of what is no longer serving us, what can be released to create space for new opportunity? Shedding.

What are you ready to let go of?

“Make peace with all the women you once were. Lay flowers at their feet. Offer them incense and honey, and forgiveness. Honour them and give them your silence. Listen. Bless them and let them be. For they are the bones of the temple you sit in now. For they are the rivers of wisdom leading you towards the sea.” – Emory Hall

This particular Moon also invokes the energy of Gratitude which last from now until the next full moon (which of course is very timely).

What are you feeling grateful for in this moment?

I am personally sitting with a full heart and loads of gratitude after our day together at the SACRED CONNECTION Retreat on Saturday. 💕

It was so nourishing to gather with this special group of women.

I invite you to explore sitting with gratitude daily for this next moon cycle.

It’s a potent time that holds accelerated forward motion, and gratitude is the key to tap into it.

Notice what happens for you during this time, have keen awareness for even the subtlest shifts.

I’d love to hear what you experience!
